The secret to our success is our commitment to the process. At Newbridge Recruiting Group we have discovered a need for coaching that goes beyond the relationship of the recruiting process. Yes, we continue to service candidates that are looking for new opportunities and/or applying for our open or future positions. We continue to review resumes, Linkedin and provide interview preparation for the jobs they applied for with Newbridge Recruiting Group. Yes, these services are still at no charge to the candidate that are part of the recruiting process.
At Newbridge Recruiting Group, we have found there are many candidates that want coaching outside our recruiting effort, leading to our new services and the COACHING DIVISON.
We found customers may be new to the job market, are changing careers, are retiring and looking for next steps, want part time or to start a business. Many don’t know what direction they are going in and want a partner to help navigate their careers and support them through the process . These type of jobs are not situations that normally arise with recruiters. In addition, customers might need to start or totally revise a resume or Linkedin, need interview preparation for a job they have applied to, or want a personality test to determine strengths.
THE COACHES
Susan Zuccaro is a Certified Professional Coach. In addition to this certification her years working at job fairs, with professional development, hiring of recent graduates, consulting with and recruiting seasoned professional looking progress or change careers, Susan has been a coach and been a trusted partner to many employees and clients.
For over 20 years, Susan Zuccaro has worked for and with multiple companies as a employee, partner and resource for management and human resources. Her education background prepared her for her business background. During this time as controller, human resource manager, consultant and partner, Susan has not only developed her business acumen, but an interest and expertise, hiring, recruiting for and the professional development of staff and clients.

You will work with our coach one-on-one to discuss interview preparation. At a scheduled time, you will test what you have discussed in a live mock interview. This will be followed by a review of your mock interview with feedback and coaching.

Interview Preparation Package includes Interview tips, Live Mock Interview, Feedback and Follow up – Rate is based services for up to 2 hours Reduced Rate for Recent college grad (within 1 year)
RESUME AND LINKEDIN
Create, revise, or review your resume and create, revise or review your Linkedin to best present yourself to potential employers, current employers, colleagues, and network.
A minimum charge of 2 hours apply to resume/cv and Linkedin (charges may vary and will be predetermined based on customer requirements i.e. create or revise resume) Reduced Rate for Recent college grad (within 1 year)
CAREER COACHING
You will work with your consultant to devise a personalized hourly plan that specifically fits your time, needs and budget. (Ask about our discount for 5 hour increments) $ Rate Based on hourly rate of 1 hour increments . Reduced Rate for Recent College grad (within 1 year)
